Recognizing teammates

Any team member can recognize a colleague (or multiple colleagues) for a job well done.

To recognize someone:
1. Visit their profile page
2. Click the gold "Recognize" button near their name
3. Select recipients, write a message, and choose how many points to award
4. Click "Send Recognition"

The recipient receives:
• Points added to their balance
• A notification with your message
• A card on the Recognitions tab of their profile

Recognitions are public within the org — everyone can see the Recognitions tab on any profile.
