Notification preferences for @mentions

Mentions are powerful but can get noisy — especially in a busy org with active groups. Settings → Notifications gives you fine-grained control over which @mentions actually notify you.

Three preference dimensions:

Group mentions (when someone @-mentions a group you're in)
• All — notify me every time the group is mentioned
• Leads only — only notify me if I'm marked as a Lead in the group (or if the mention is direct to me as well)
• Off — never notify me from group @mentions; I'll check the group manually

Org mentions (when someone @-mentions your entire org)
• All — notify me every org @mention
• Off — never notify me from org @mentions

Direct mentions (when someone @-mentions you specifically)
• Always notify — this can't be turned off. If your name is tagged directly, you get the notification regardless of group/org preferences. (You can still snooze your overall notification stream from the bell icon.)

Dedupe: if a single note tags you directly AND a group you're in AND your whole org, you get exactly one notification with all three reasons listed under "Mentioned as".

Preferences sync across devices and apply immediately — you don't have to log out and back in.
