Resident community surveys

Community surveys let anyone in a community — a resident, a board member, or management — ask the neighbors a quick, non-binding question. Use them to gauge sentiment before a board vote, pick a new amenity, or settle a friendly debate.

Creating a survey:
1. Go to /property → the Voting tab.
2. Create a survey: a question plus the answer options.
3. Set the identity policy — responses are either fully anonymous or tied to the resident record, depending on what the survey needs.
4. Share it. Turtini produces a QR code you can post in the lobby, on a flyer, or in a group chat so neighbors scan and respond.

Reading results:
• Tallies update live as responses come in.
• With an anonymous policy, you see counts only. With a tied policy, responses link to the resident record so you know who has weighed in.

Surveys are non-binding — they gather opinion, they don't decide anything. For a formal, recorded board decision, use the Governance module's board e-voting instead.
