Building-entry callbox and QR guest passes

The building-entry callbox turns a phone or tablet at your entrance into a smart directory and buzzer, and lets residents hand out QR guest passes ahead of a visit.

The callbox kiosk (/callbox/kiosk):
1. Mount a tablet at the entrance and open /callbox/kiosk.
2. A visitor browses the resident directory and taps to call the resident they're here to see.
3. The resident gets the call on their phone and grants or denies entry with one tap — no intercom hardware, no physical key hand-off.

QR guest passes (/callbox):
1. A resident issues a guest pass ahead of time from /callbox — for a delivery, a dinner guest, a contractor.
2. The guest receives a QR pass.
3. At the entrance, the guest scans the pass and is admitted, no live call needed.

Everything is logged:
• Every entry event — a granted call, a denied call, a scanned guest pass — is recorded, so there's a durable log of who came and went and who let them in.

The callbox is part of Property Operations, so residents come from the same live directory the rest of the module uses — no separate list to maintain.
