The vendor portal and vendor nudges

Vendors work their assigned jobs from a portal, and Turtini nudges the ones who go quiet so nothing stalls silently.

The vendor portal:
A vendor signs in and sees every job assigned to them (resolved by their email the first time, then linked to their account). Each job shows the title, description, status, scheduled date, case number, category, priority, and location. The vendor advances the status (scheduled -> in progress -> completed), adds notes, and uploads completion photos (which flow through image moderation). Each update mirrors to the parent case, so residents and the board see the same progress.

Vendor nudges:
If an assigned vendor hasn't engaged a job, a daily job sends branded reminders on a 2-day cadence — up to three reminders ("Reminder 2 of 3"). After three unanswered reminders, or once the scheduled date passes with no update, the job escalates: it's flagged for manager attention with a note explaining why. Each nudge is logged to the job's work log. Requires the Property Operations module.
