Embed the resident portal on your website

You can put a full self-serve resident portal on your community's own website using the "HOA Resident Portal" Builder block — no separate portal login for residents to remember.

Drop the block on a page, set the heading and brand color, and it becomes auth-aware: signed-out visitors get a branded sign-in card; a signed-in resident sees their portal. Residents are matched by email through the identity graph, so there's no invite or roster import step.

A resident sees:
• Announcements — filtered to their audience (all / owners / board), newest and pinned first.
• Amenities — resident-visible ones with live status (open, closed, maintenance, seasonal) and hours.
• My requests — cases they filed or on their unit, with vendor progress and photos.
• My dues — charges, due dates, and balance.
• Collections transparency — if they're past due, the payoff, stage, next action, and full history.
• Reimbursement programs and their own claims.
• Budget transparency — if the board publishes it.

The portal reads through a server-mediated call, so residents need no org role and the block is safe to expose publicly. Requires the Property Operations module.
