Scheduling recurring services

Recurring services turn standing vendor work — weekly landscaping, monthly pool service, quarterly inspections — into work orders that create themselves on schedule.

Set up a recurring service:
Give it a title, a category, a vendor (name/email), a location (a unit or a common area), a frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly), a next-due date, and a lead time (how many days ahead to open the work order), plus optional notes.

What happens automatically:
A daily job scans your active recurring services. When one's next-due date falls within its lead window, Turtini opens a service case and a work order for it, assigns the vendor, marks the case resident-visible so owners can see it's scheduled, and advances the next-due date to the following occurrence. Need it now? Use the manual "generate now" trigger.

The vendor then works the job from the vendor portal — updating status and adding completion photos — and that progress flows back to the case so residents see it move. See "The vendor portal and vendor nudges" for that side. Requires the Property Operations module.
