Onboarding a new owner (welcome packet)
When a unit changes hands, send the new owner a branded welcome packet and portal invite in one step.
Select the unit and choose Send welcome packet. Enter the owner's email (required) and optionally their name and a personal welcome note. Turtini emails a branded welcome packet PDF that includes:
• A greeting and your optional note.
• The property details (unit, community).
• The dues (regular assessment amount and frequency).
• The amenities (name, type, hours/notes).
• Any documents you've marked visible to residents.
• Portal sign-in instructions.
Because residency resolves by email through the identity graph, the new owner simply signs in at their community portal with that address and immediately sees their unit, dues, amenities, and requests — no separate account setup. Each send is recorded with the packet link and who sent it. Board/manager use; requires the Property Operations module.
