Generate a board packet (PDF)

A board packet pulls your community's whole operating picture into one branded PDF for a board meeting — generated from live data in one click, not assembled by hand.

From the Board menu, choose Generate Board Packet (you can pass a meeting date). Turtini builds a PDF from current Firestore data containing:

• Community profile — address, total units, management type.
• Adopted budget — income, expense, net, and reserve-fund target for the fiscal year.
• Dues collection year-to-date — billed, collected, and collection rate.
• Delinquency report — the top accounts by balance (owner, unit, days past due, balance).
• Open work orders — case number, title, category, status.
• Pending architectural requests — owner, type, submitted date.
• Amenity status and committees.

The packet is stored and returned as a download link, with a branded footer showing the community name and generation date. Because it reads live data, regenerating right before the meeting always reflects the latest numbers. Board-only; requires the Property Operations module.
