Share property records with your realtor

When a homeowner is preparing to sell or rent a property, their realtor needs context: where it is, what it's worth, what's been done to it. Click "Share with realtor" on any unit (Property Operations or the customer portal Home tab) to generate a private link that exposes:

• The address + map
• The current public value estimate
• The full cross-org maintenance log

The link is unguessable, expires on a schedule you set (14 / 30 / 60 / 90 / 180 days), and can be revoked at any time. The realtor clicks it on their phone — no Turtini account, no sign-in. They see a clean, mobile-first property record they can use during a listing call to defend pricing.

This is not editable. The realtor can read; they cannot create, modify, or download records. If the homeowner wants to retract access, they revoke the share token and the URL stops working immediately.
