Board meetings and resolutions

The Meetings section tracks formal board meetings and their governance records.

Scheduling a meeting:
1. Go to Meetings → click "+ New Meeting"
2. Enter the title, type (Board Meeting, Annual Meeting, Special Meeting, Committee Meeting, Budget Meeting), date, location, and agenda
3. Click "Create Meeting"

Meeting detail view shows:
• Agenda and Meeting Minutes — both auto-save as you type
• Resolutions — formal votes taken during the meeting
• Status — update to In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled

Adding a resolution:
1. Open a meeting → click "+ Add Resolution"
2. Enter the title, description, vote counts (For / Against / Abstain), and outcome (Passed / Failed / Tabled)
3. Click "Add Resolution"

The sidebar shows upcoming meetings by default. Switch to "All" to see the full history.
