Work orders

Work orders let you track vendor or contractor tasks associated with a service case.

To add a work order:
1. Open a case → scroll to Work Orders in the right column
2. Click "+ Add" → enter a title, vendor/contractor name, and scheduled date
3. Click "Add"

Once the work is done, click "Mark complete" on the work order. This records the completion date.

Work orders are visible to admins and owners only. They're deleted along with the case if the case is deleted.
