Buildings, units, and common areas

Under Property → you can manage the physical structure of your community.

Buildings
Add buildings or phases. Each building has a name and optional floor count. Units are linked to buildings.

Units
Add individual units with a unit number, building assignment, floor, type (studio, 1BR, 2BR…), and square footage. Units are used to link residents and associate service cases to a specific location.

Common Areas
Add shared spaces like pools, gyms, clubhouses, parking, lobbies, etc. Common areas can also be linked to service cases when the issue is in a shared space rather than a unit.

All three sections are only visible to admins and owners. To add items, click "+ Add" in the section header.
