Setting up your community profile

The Community Profile stores your association's core details.

To edit: go to Property Operations → Property → Community Profile.

Fields include:
• Community name and type (HOA, Condo, Co-op, Community Association, Townhome, Other)
• Management type (Self-Managed, Hybrid, Professionally Managed)
• Address (street, city, state, zip)
• Total units, year built, website, and emergency phone
• Managing Partner Org — if a management company on Turtini operates your community, select them here (they must be an accepted partner org)

All fields auto-save 1.5 seconds after you stop typing. You'll see "Saved ✓" when a save completes. Admins and owners can edit; members see the profile in read-only mode.
