What is Property Operations?

Property Operations is Turtini's community association management module — built for HOAs, condominiums, co-ops, townhome communities, and community associations.

It gives your org a single place to:
• Manage your community profile, buildings, units, and common areas
• Track and resolve service cases (maintenance requests, complaints, violations)
• Run board governance with meeting records and resolutions
• See all communities your org manages as a partner

To enable: Settings → Modules → Property Operations
To access: Property Operations in the top navigation

Admins and owners have full write access. Members can view and submit cases.
