Build and publish your daily program
The Daily Program is your day-by-day "Fun Times" — a schedule of shows, activities, dining, spa, and excursions structured by your itinerary, that guests reserve off of. It is a projection over your itinerary and the catalog you already sell, so publishing it never creates a second copy to keep in sync.
Set it up:
1. Open Daily Program and create a program (for example "Fun Times — Western Caribbean").
2. In Settings, bind it to an itinerary:
• Cruise sailing — pick a multi-day sailing; each day (embark, sea day, each port, disembark) becomes a day in the program, dated automatically from the sail date.
• Day-cruise voyage — a single departure.
• Date range — a festival, camp, or multi-day conference with no ship.
• Custom day list — type your own days.
3. In Builder, each itinerary day shows as a section. Use "Add item" to place a time-slot entry. For each item set a time, a venue, and a type. When the type is a show, excursion, spa, or dining, link it to something you already publish — the same listing your guests can already buy. That link is what puts a Reserve button on the guest's agenda. Mark announcements, muster times, and port arrivals as "Info" — those show on the schedule but are not bookable.
4. Every edit auto-saves — watch the Saving / Saved pill; there is no Save button.
5. Publish per item, publish a whole day at once, or publish the whole program from the top of the page. Nothing is visible to guests until you publish.
The program never charges. When a guest reserves an item, they are handed to the booking flow that already owns it — the excursion desk, the show's ticketing, the spa's scheduler, or the dining reservation — and the charge settles the same way it always has (guest folio or card).
