Importing and exporting products

Export:
Click "Export" on the Products page to download your full catalog as a CSV with columns: Product Name, SKU, Product Family, Support Level, Active, Special Bid Required, Description.

Import (admin/owner only):
1. Click "Import"
2. Drop a CSV file or click to browse
3. Map your CSV column headers to Turtini product fields — common Salesforce and HubSpot headers are auto-detected
4. Preview the first row and total count
5. Click "Import N Products" — a progress bar tracks each record

Import rules:
• Product Name is required — rows without a name are skipped
• Active defaults to Yes if the column is missing or blank
• Support Level defaults to Standard if unrecognized
