OEM vendor icons

Turtini automatically detects the OEM vendor for a product and shows the vendor's logo as the product avatar.

Detection uses two signals, checked in order:
1. SKU prefix — e.g. RH / MCT → Red Hat, MS / CFQ / DG7 → Microsoft, AWS → Amazon, PAN → Palo Alto Networks
2. Product name / description keywords — e.g. "VMware", "Cisco Catalyst", "Oracle Java SE"

Supported vendors (15): Red Hat, Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Oracle, IBM, HPE, Dell, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, SAP, Salesforce.

If no vendor is detected, or if the favicon fails to load, the product initial (first letter of the product family or name) is shown instead.

The logo is fetched from the Google favicon service — no vendor credentials required.
