Adding and editing products

To add a product:
1. Go to Products → click "+ Add Product"
2. Enter a name (required) and SKU
3. Choose a product family and support level
4. Toggle Active / Inactive
5. Check "Special Bid Required" if the product needs a pricing exception
6. Optionally add a price, image URL, and Buy / Learn More URL
7. Click Save

To edit: click a product row to open the detail panel → click Edit.

Who can add/edit:
• Owners, admins, and editors can create and edit products
• Admins and owners can delete products
