What is the Products catalog?

The Products module is your org's master product catalog — a central library of everything you sell, resell, or quote.

Each product record contains:
• Name and SKU
• Product family (grouping/category)
• Support level: None, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise
• Special Bid Required flag — marks products that need a pricing exception before quoting
• Active / Inactive status
• Description, price, image URL, and a Buy / Learn More URL

Products can be linked to Opportunities, so your pipeline always knows which SKUs are in each deal.
