Turtini

Getting paid for printable files

Money from a printable sale settles to YOUR merchant account. Turtini is not the seller and never holds your customers' money -- you are the merchant of record on every charge.

Before you can charge anything:
1. Connect a payment provider in Settings. Until that is done, a priced listing shows "Not available for purchase yet" instead of a Buy button, which is kinder than letting somebody enter card details and fail at the last step.
2. New merchants are reviewed before they can take payments. If your listing shows as not purchasable and you have connected a provider, that review is usually why.

What Turtini charges: a small software fee on payment volume, metered and billed on your monthly invoice alongside your other usage. It is not deducted from the charge. If you refund a sale, or lose a chargeback, that fee comes back to you -- keeping a cut of a sale your customer did not get would be charging for having been in the room.

What Turtini does NOT do: calculate or collect sales tax. Tax on digital goods depends on where your buyer is and what you are registered for, and Turtini does not attempt either. The buyer pays the price you set. If you owe tax on these sales, that is yours to handle.

Free listings need none of this -- no payment provider, no review. They can be published the moment the module is turned on.
