Submitting a print order
Print Shop turns any Design Studio file into a physical print order — business cards, flyers, posters, banners, stickers, signage. Pick stock, size, quantity; the order is fulfilled by an integrated printer and ships to the address you provide.
To order:
1. Design Studio → open the design you want to print
2. Verify the design is at print resolution (300 DPI or higher) — Studio warns if it's not
3. Click "Print" → Print Shop checkout opens
4. Pick:
• Product type (business cards, flyer, poster, etc.)
• Size (4×6 / 8.5×11 / 11×17 / custom)
• Stock (matte, glossy, premium, recycled)
• Quantity
• Two-sided print (if applicable) — the back side either reuses the design or pulls from a paired file
5. Shipping address (defaults to your org address) — multi-ship-to for events
6. Payment — card on file or new card
7. Confirm order
What happens after order:
• Confirmation email immediately
• Print proof generated within a few hours — you approve before production starts
• Production runs the next business day after approval
• Shipping confirmation with tracking number when shipped
• Typical delivery: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–2 for rush
Costs:
• Pricing shown live as you configure (per-piece + shipping + sales tax)
• Org gets a small platform markup; bulk orders get tiered discounts
• Visible on Account → Pay-as-you-go → Print Shop line
Cancellation:
• Before proof approval — full refund, click "Cancel" on the order
• After proof approval, before production — partial refund (proof costs are non-refundable)
• After production starts — no cancellation; can dispute with printer for quality issues only
Re-order:
• Open any past order → "Reorder" → defaults all settings, opens checkout
• Useful for recurring runs (monthly business card refresh, weekly event flyers)
Limits:
• Single-printer integration today — quality is consistent but not the cheapest option for high-volume jobs (use a local printer for runs of 10,000+)
• No spot UV, foil, or specialty finishes yet — coming with Print Shop v2
