Drafting a meal plan with Wally

Wally drafts a complete weekly meal plan from a short brief — open Wally and say something like:

"Draft a 7-day meal plan for muscle gain, 2,800 cal/day, 35% protein / 40% carbs / 25% fat, four meals a day, no shellfish or peanuts."

Wally returns the plan as a draft with daily macro targets and a meal-by-meal breakdown for each day. Review it, edit anything, then save — the saved plan joins your Meal Plans library and is ready to assign to a client.

Use draftMealPlan as a starting point, not a finished product — every plan needs a practitioner's eye on the specific client before it leaves the building.
