Clients, programs, meal plans, and sessions
Adding a client:
Open the Clients tab → + Add client. Search your Contacts and pick the person; the practice client links to that Contact so you don't duplicate them across CRM and Practice. Set goals, target macros, target workout volume, and private notes. If the client has accepted a wellness grant for your org, you'll see their live meal/workout activity inline.
Programs (workouts):
A program is a reusable weekly template — Monday: legs (5x5 squats, 3x8 RDL …), Tuesday: rest, Wednesday: push, and so on. Set duration, sets, reps, and tags. Once built, assign the program to a client and it lands as a workout assignment on their wellness side.
Meal plans:
A meal plan is a reusable daily template — three or four meals per day with macro targets (calories, protein, carbs, fat) for each. Assign to a client and it lands as a meal-plan assignment on their wellness side.
Sessions:
The Sessions tab is your 1:1 calendar — type (in-person / virtual / check-in), date, duration, status (scheduled, completed, cancelled, no-show), and free-text notes. Sessions can post to billing via Subscriptions if you charge per session.
