Getting started with Practice — the practitioner OS

Practice is the practitioner-side OS for personal trainers, dietitians, and wellness coaches. It manages your client roster, the workout programs and meal plans you give them, and the 1:1 sessions on your calendar — while reading their meal and workout logs from the Wellness side of their own account, only when they've granted you access.

The consent model:
Your clients keep their meal and workout logs in their own Personal Wellness module. To read them, the client grants your org access via a revocable wellnessGrant — a single doc on their account that says "this org may read my wellness logs." They can revoke instantly; the next page load drops the data.

What this means in practice:
• You see the data; you don't own a copy of it. When a client revokes, you stop seeing their week.
• A client who later switches gyms takes their full history with them — no copy-paste, no export request.
• You never have to chase a client for a food diary. If they're logging in their app, you see it on your panel.

The four tabs on /practice:
• Clients — your roster, with each client linked to a Contact and (when consented) live wellness data.
• Programs — reusable weekly workout templates.
• Meal Plans — reusable meal plan templates with macro targets.
• Sessions — scheduled 1:1s (in-person, virtual, check-in), with status tracking.

Practice is an org-context module — members of your practice org access it; customers don't.
