How Turtini pricing works

Turtini charges one flat monthly subscription per organization, priced by team size. Every module is included at every plan — there are no module gates and nothing is held back for a higher tier.

Turtini takes nothing from a sale. Not a percentage, not a per-transaction fee. Money from your customers goes straight into your own merchant account, and Turtini is never in that flow. Your processor charges you their rate, you pay Turtini for the software monthly, and those are separate things.

**The plans**

• Starter — Up to 5 people — $79/month ($49 for a verified 501(c)(3))
• Team — Up to 25 people — $179/month ($119 for a verified 501(c)(3))
• Organization — Up to 100 people — $399/month
• Growth — Up to 250 people — $899/month
• Scale — Up to 500 people — $1,499/month
• Enterprise — More than 500 people — talk to us

Team size is members plus invitations you have sent that are still outstanding. Internal records — journal entries, budget lines, anything you enter rather than sell — have no effect on price at all.

**The nonprofit price**

The nonprofit price needs a verified IRS exempt record, not a self-declared one, and it is checked on every invoice. Verify later and the next invoice is lower.

**The bigger saving is usually not our price**

• On a $10,000 invoice, a card fee is about $290. Paid by bank transfer (ACH) it is about $5.00
• Turtini offers bank payments on dues, invoices and subscriptions — anything where nobody is waiting at a counter
• Moving one recurring invoice to ACH usually saves your payer more than your entire monthly subscription

**Federal contract vehicles**

• Turtini is available through Carahsoft and federal channel partners on GSA Schedule, NASA SEWP, and other contract vehicles
• Contact us or your Carahsoft rep to purchase through a contract vehicle
