User inactivity and reactivation

Non-admin users are automatically marked inactive after 180 days without logging in.

Warning emails are sent at 90, 60, 30, 10, 5, and 1 day before inactivation so users have time to log in and reset the timer.

Reactivating an inactive account:
• Org members — an org admin can reactivate them from the Organization → Team Settings page
• Any user — a platform admin can reactivate any user from the Admin panel
• Customers — contact your org admin or submit a support request to be reactivated

Logging in at any point resets the inactivity timer.
