Platform search (⌘K)

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the platform to open the search bar.

Org members can search for:
• Opportunities, accounts, contacts, products
• Pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Ethics, Security, Document Library)
• CRM articles and resource pages

Customers in the portal can search their own:
• Quotes, invoices, assessments, events, and requests

Customer search results deep-link directly to the correct tab in the portal.

Results are grouped by category. Click any result to navigate directly to that record or page.

The search bar also accepts natural-language queries — try "NASA" or "Red Hat" to find related records instantly.
