Wally Insights — proactive project analysis

The Overview tab opens with **Wally Insights**: a ranked panel of observations across schedule, budget, resources, risks, and health. Each insight has severity (Critical / Warning / Info / Positive) and an optional suggested next action.

What Wally looks at automatically:
• **Schedule** — dependency cycles, blocked critical-path tasks, tasks past planned start/end, project itself overdue, milestones in the next 14 days
• **Budget** — over budget, burn outpacing progress, EVM CPI/SPI degradation, comfortably under budget (positive)
• **Resources** — unresolved conflicts, active tasks with no allocations
• **Risks** — open critical risks, risk register without quantitative impact
• **Baseline** — slipped tasks, missing baseline despite a non-trivial plan
• **Plan completeness** — active project with no tasks, many tasks but no phases

Severity ordering:
• **Critical** = will materially harm the project
• **Warning** = needs attention this week
• **Info** = worth knowing
• **Positive** = healthy signal worth noting

Show-more:
• Top 4 insights stay open by default; the rest collapse under "Show N more". This keeps the Overview tab digestible.

When the panel is empty:
• You see "All clear — Wally has nothing to flag." That's the actual state, not a placeholder.

Wally can also produce a status briefing on demand: "Brief me on the renovation project" calls `project_insights` and turns the structured output into prose.

This is the differentiator. Other PM tools make you find problems; Turtini surfaces them.
