Project templates — publish + install

Snapshot a project as a reusable template + install templates into fresh projects. Mirrors the existing site / runbook / board template marketplace.

Publishing:
1. Open a project's Overview tab
2. Click **Publish as template**
3. Set name, description, category (construction / renovation / product launch / event production / software release / marketing campaign / consulting engagement / other), tags, and visibility (private = your org only; public = marketplace)
4. Click Publish

What's captured:
• Project shell (duration in days, budget, currency)
• Phases (with start/end as offsets from project start)
• Tasks (offsets, dependencies remapped to snapshot ids, milestone flag, PERT estimates)
• Budget lines (per-phase associations preserved)
• Risks (with severity, likelihood, mitigation, impact)
• Resources (kind, name, unit, rate, daily capacity)

Installing:
1. On the Planning home, click **Browse templates**
2. Filter by category or search
3. Click **Install** on any template — a fresh project is created with all the snapshot data, dates rebased to today

Snapshots are **frozen** — installing creates an independent project. Re-publish to release a new version of a template.
