Time tracking link — Workforce hours roll into projects

When the Workforce module is active, clock-in/out time entries can be tagged to a planning project. The hours + wages roll up automatically into the project's Resources tab, no manual allocation needed.

Tagging a time entry:
• Set `planningProjectId` on the time entry (UI for this sits in the Workforce module's time entry editor — Workforce v5 surface)
• Optionally set `planningTaskId` for finer granularity

What rolls up:
• Total tracked hours across all tagged entries
• Total wage cost (computed in Workforce)
• Per-worker breakdown (top 5 shown, rest collapsed)
• Cost flows into the project's Earned Value math automatically

This gives you an alternative to the manual allocation model — instead of estimating that "Senior PM is 8h/day on Foundation", you let the actual time clock be the source of truth.
