Download deliverables (PDF + CSV)

Every tab in a project view can be exported.

**PDF** (one-click, generated client-side via jsPDF):
• **Status report PDF** — Overview tab → "Download status PDF". Multi-page report with KPIs, phases, milestones, budget summary, baseline drift (when a baseline is active), and open risks. Looks great printed.
• **Timeline (Gantt) PDF** — Timeline tab → "Download PDF". Landscape layout. Each phase + task as a coloured bar; critical-path bars highlighted red; "today" line dashed. Paginates automatically when there are too many rows.

**CSV** (spreadsheet-ready):
• **Tasks CSV** — Tasks tab → "CSV". Phase + task name + status + dates + dependencies + notes.
• **Budget CSV** — Budget tab → "Download CSV". Planned lines + manual actuals + tagged accounting entries, all in one file with a Section column to filter by source.
• **Risks CSV** — Risks tab → "CSV". Title + severity + likelihood + status + mitigation.

All downloads are stamped with today's date so multiple snapshots through a project's life don't overwrite each other on disk.
