Export status report → Builder page

Generate a publishable Builder page from the project's current state — turning the status report into a live web artifact you can share with stakeholders.

How it works:
1. Open the Overview tab
2. Click "Export status report → Builder page"
3. Pick a target site (you must have at least one Builder site in your org)
4. Customise the page title and toggle which sections to include — Hero + KPIs are always included; Budget summary, Baseline drift (when an active baseline exists), and Open risks are optional
5. Click "Create page"

What's in the page:
• Hero block with the project name, scope, and "as of" date
• KPI text block — status, schedule, progress, budget burn, critical path summary
• Project description (if any)
• Phase breakdown with dates, task counts, and budgets
• Milestones with status indicators
• Budget breakdown by category (planned vs actual) — optional
• Drift vs the active baseline — optional
• Open risks ranked by severity — optional

The page is created **unpublished** so you can review and edit it in the Builder before publishing. You can edit any block, add more, or remove sections — once it's a Builder page, it's just a Builder page.

Re-snapshotting (v3): the export modal detects pages you've already snapshotted from this project and offers to **update an existing page** instead of creating a new one. Switch the picker to "Update '<page>' on '<site>'" — the existing page's blocks are replaced with a fresh snapshot and the snapshot timestamp moves forward. Anything you edited in the Builder on that page will be overwritten.
