Capture, tag, and upload guest photos

Photo Pass turns every photo your photographers take into something a guest can find and buy in their own gallery.

Uploading:
1. Open Photo Pass (/photos) and go to the Capture tab.
2. Pick the context (cruise, park, resort, event, wedding, school, sports), name the capture point (e.g. "Formal Night · Deck 5"), and set the price per photo.
3. Optionally give the batch a session code so you can tag every photo in it at once later.
4. Choose the photos and press Upload & moderate.

What happens next:
Every photo runs through the platform content-moderation pipeline before any guest can see it. While that runs the photo shows "In moderation…". Once it clears, Turtini automatically makes a watermarked preview (what guests browse) and keeps a protected, watermark-free original that is only ever delivered after a purchase.

Set your photo watermark:
By default previews are watermarked with your brand logo. To use your own mark instead, open the Settings tab in Photo Pass and upload a watermark image (a transparent PNG works best) — it is scaled to a corner lockup and runs through content moderation before it goes live. Press "Revert to logo" any time to go back to your logo. The watermark only ever appears on the preview; the full-resolution original a guest downloads after buying is never watermarked.

Tagging a photo to a guest:
A photo belongs to the person it is of, not to whoever holds a ticket. In the Gallery tab, press "Tag a guest" on a photo and enter the guest's Contact id (or scan their cabin card, wristband, or QR — the token is only a key that resolves the person). A photo can be tagged to several guests — a family photo lands in each family member's gallery. Background people are never tagged. The moment a photo is tagged, it appears in that guest's own gallery automatically — there is no "claim" step.
