Turtini

See the forms you have filled out

Turtini keeps the forms you fill out with your own account, not just with the organization that collected them. Open **Forms** in your personal menu, or go to /me/forms, and you will see each one with the organization, the date, and the answers you gave.

**Why a form might not be listed**

A form appears here only when the email address or phone number you used has been verified on your account. That is deliberate rather than a limitation. A public form is an open text box, so anyone can type any address into one. If an unverified match were enough, somebody typing your email into a form would publish their answers on your page. So Turtini shows you a form only once it can prove the address was yours.

If a form you filled out is missing, verify that email address or phone number on your account and it will appear.

**What organizations can see**

Nothing changes for the organization that collected the form; they keep their own copy as they always have. This page is the other direction: it is your copy, so you can read back what you told them and when.

**If the list looks short**

When you have filled out a great many forms, Turtini searches as far back as it can in one pass and tells you at the bottom of the page when there are older ones it has not reached yet.
