Connect your own AI assistant to your Turtini account
You can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini CLI, Cursor or any assistant that supports MCP to your own Turtini account, including a personal account with no organization.
**What it can do**
It acts as you, with your permissions, and only what you allow when you connect:
• Your calendar: read your events, and add events to your personal calendar.
• Your personal contacts and the documents and notes in your personal Drive. It can create new notes, and it cannot edit or delete the ones you have.
• Your shared spaces (household, family, groups) and who is in them.
• Your mail, if you allow it: search and read your connected accounts and the organization mailboxes you can open, and write drafts. It never sends; you press Send in Turtini Mail.
• Your organizations: one at a time, whatever your role there lets you do in Turtini, with the same checks, such as adding a note to a contact or moving an opportunity to a new stage.
Letting it make changes or reach your organizations asks for your second factor (or, if you have none, a sign-in within the last 5 minutes). Turtini tells you, in the app and by email, every time an assistant is connected or given more.
**How to connect**
1. Open **Connect an assistant** (/connect) and copy the Turtini MCP address shown there.
2. In your assistant, add a custom connector or MCP server and paste the address.
3. Your assistant sends you to Turtini. Sign in, check what it may do, leave out any organization you want, and choose **Allow**.
Cursor and VS Code sign in the same way through their own MCP settings. Tools that cannot sign in use a personal key instead (see "Use a personal key with Gemini CLI, Cursor and other tools"). For ChatGPT step by step, see "Connect ChatGPT to Turtini".
**Before you allow**
The consent screen says when an app named itself. Turtini cannot confirm that an app called "Claude" really is Claude, so continue only if you just started connecting it yourself. Letting an assistant make changes asks you to sign in again first.
**After you connect**
Everything it does is listed in **Settings > Connected AI apps**, where you can remove it (it stops working on its next request) and undo notes and events it created.
