Hiding permits you already have (state-aware cards)

Permits & Approvals is built to stop nagging once a permit is handled. A permit's card hides automatically when:

• You mark it done — tap "We already have this" on any permit you hold or that doesn't apply.
• You act on it from Turtini — opening the intro email (or tapping "Mark contacted") records it as contacted and hides it.
• Turtini verifies it for you — tap "Check what we already have on file" and we check public records; anything we find you already hold is marked "Verified by Turtini" and hidden. A nightly check does this passively too, so the list quietly shrinks on its own.

Nothing is lost: handled permits collapse into a "Show N handled" list at the bottom, each with one-tap Undo. Status is saved per organization, so the whole team sees the same up-to-date picture across devices.
