Partner pipeline — the $50k/mo threshold
When an org's monthly transaction volume crosses $50,000, it is automatically added to the Turtini partner pipeline.
What happens:
• A pipeline entry is created for the org in the admin pipeline view
• A Turtini sales director reviews the entry and assigns a co-sell partner
• The assigned co-sell partner sees the org in their Deals tab as "Assigned by Turtini"
• Turtini and the partner work together to negotiate a formal platform contract with the org
Why this happens:
• At $50k/mo, the org would pay $6,000/year on the 1% standard rate
• The Growth plan ($5,400/year flat) saves them $600/year and covers volume up to $150k/mo
• The transition from percentage-based to flat-fee pricing is handled through the co-sell partner relationship
For Turtini admins (Pipeline tab):
• Summary cards show New, Assigned, In Negotiation, and Contracted counts
• Each entry shows the org's volume, entry date, and assigned partner
• Use the Assign Partner panel to select a co-sell partner (required) and optionally a distribution partner
• A live revenue split preview shows: Co-sell 10% + optional distributor 5% = Turtini nets 85–95%
• Quick status dropdown updates the pipeline stage without opening the assign panel
