Transferring ownership of your org

An org has one owner. Ownership moves only by a transfer, which changes both people's roles at once.

To transfer ownership:

1. Open Settings > Organizations and choose the org
2. In the member list, find the person who should own it. They must already be a member — invite them first if they are not.
3. Click "Make owner", then "Yes, transfer"

They become the owner and you become an admin. Both of you get an email confirming the change. You can then leave the org if you want to.

Only the current owner can do this. If the owner is unavailable or the org has no working owner, contact [email protected] — a Turtini administrator can transfer ownership after confirming who should have it.
