The Stats tab — record counts and website traffic for your org
The Stats tab in Settings gives you one honest picture of how much your organization holds and how your website is doing. Find it under Settings in the workspace group. Any member can see the numbers; an owner or admin can refresh them.
What it shows:
- At a glance: total records, active modules, members, and subscribers. If the Subscriptions module is off, the subscribers tile says so rather than showing a misleading zero.
- Records by module: one row per switched-on module with its record count. Expand a row to see each underlying collection and its count. A module that has not declared its collections shows "Not declared" rather than a zero — a blank is more honest than a wrong number.
- Websites: for each site you have published with Builder, its page views (all time and last 30 days), forms completed, and bookings, with a Live or Draft status.
- Not tracked: a short list of things Turtini deliberately does not count, each with a plain reason — because a wrong number is worse than an absent one.
As of, and refreshing:
The numbers come from a saved snapshot, not a live count, so the tab is fast and shows an "as of" time (for example "5 min ago"). To bring it current, an owner or admin clicks Refresh; the button reads "Counting..." while it runs and confirms when it is done. If no snapshot exists yet, an owner or admin can run the first count from the tab.
