Export all of your organization data
Org admins can export everything the organization holds from **Account -> Usage & Billing -> Download all data**.
**What you get**
A single file in Cloud Storage, with a download link that works for 24 hours. It is **newline-delimited JSON**: one complete record per line, so you can process a file of any size a line at a time rather than loading it whole.
Each line has a `_type` telling you what it is:
- `meta` — the first line. Names the org, when it was exported, who by, and states in plain words what is and is not included.
- `document` — one Firestore record, with its full path.
- `file` — one stored file: its path, size, type, and a download link.
- `summary` — the last line. Counts, and flags saying whether anything was cut short.
**Your files are listed, not embedded**
File contents are not inside the export. Every `file` line carries its own download link, and those links expire at the same time the export link does. Fetch the ones you want before then, or re-run the export for fresh links. The `meta` line says this too, so anyone you hand the file to can see it without reading this article.
**If the export was cut short**
Very large organizations can hit a size ceiling. When that happens the `summary` line sets `truncatedDocuments` or `truncatedFiles` to true and the app says so under the download link. It never stops early in silence. Contact support to export the remainder.
**What is not in it**
Records that belong to Turtini rather than to your org (platform billing invoices, cross-org audit logs), and data belonging to individual user accounts rather than to the organization.
