Tracking opportunities (deals)
Opportunities track active deals through your sales pipeline. Each opportunity links to an account, has a stage (Discovery / Qualified / Proposal / Negotiation / Closed-Won / Closed-Lost), an amount, an expected close date, and a probability.
To create an opportunity:
1. /opportunities → + New opportunity (or from an account detail page → "+ Opportunity")
2. Name the deal, link to the account, set amount + expected close date
3. Pick the initial stage; advance the stage as the deal progresses
Pipeline view:
The default view is a Kanban board grouped by stage with cards showing amount + close date. Drag a card to move stages. The pipeline header rolls up total amount per stage and weighted forecast (amount × probability).
Wally insights:
Wally watches your pipeline and surfaces flagged deals on /opportunities: stalled stages, missing next-step dates, deals past close date. Use the Insight cards to prioritize your day.
