Creating your first opportunity
To create an opportunity, navigate to Opportunities and click the "+" or "New Opportunity" button.
Fill in:
• Account — the company this deal is with
• Product family — the product or service being sold
• Deal type — New, Renewal, Upsell, etc.
• Close date — expected close
• Amount (Quote) — the quote value
• Cost — your cost basis (used to calculate gross profit)
• Stage — where the deal is in your pipeline
Turtini auto-generates an opportunity name and ID. You can edit the name at any time.
Creating an opportunity awards you points if your org has the points system enabled.
