Donations + recurring giving

Donations are tracked at the Contact level — each donor is one record across one-time gifts, recurring giving, gala paddles, event ticket purchases, and grant applications.

Capturing donations:
• Public donate page on your Builder site (Donate block) — Stripe-powered, ACH and card
• Recurring giving signup — monthly, quarterly, annual
• Manual entry — for checks, in-kind gifts, stock transfers
• Cross-module — Gala settles, Event ticket sales, Grant outflows all flow in

Recurring giving:
Each recurring gift is a Stripe Subscription. Donors can self-manage (skip a month, change amount, cancel) from their Contact's portal page. You see lifetime monthly giving on every donor record.

Pledge tracking:
Multi-year pledges (e.g. capital campaign) are tracked as a pledge with payment schedule. Reminders fire automatically as each installment comes due.

Acknowledgments and tax receipts:
• Every gift gets an immediate email acknowledgment (template is yours to edit)
• Year-end tax letter consolidates all of a donor's gifts into one IRS-compliant receipt — includes EIN, contribution dates, amounts, FMV splits for goods/services received (gala wins, event tickets above the deductible threshold)
• Verified-by-Turtini QR stamp on every receipt PDF
