Account-level news

Every account in your CRM has its own news feed showing headlines about that specific company.

Viewing account news:
1. Open any account from the Accounts list
2. Click the News tab on the account page
3. Headlines relevant to that company are loaded automatically — the feed uses the account name as the search query

Adding account-specific keywords:
• In the account's News tab, add extra keywords that refine the feed for that account
• Examples: a company's CEO name, a specific product line, an industry niche, or a contract vehicle they work on
• These keywords are stored on the account record and apply only to that account's feed

Use cases:
• Track news about a customer before a call
• Monitor a competitor's press activity
• Follow contract vehicle or program office news tied to an account
• Set alerts on partner org activity before a co-sell opportunity

Account news is visible to all org members who have access to that account. Keywords can be set by any member — they are not admin-only.
