Org news feed

The News module pulls live headlines relevant to your organization and the accounts you work with, powered by the Currents API.

Org news feed:
• Shows headlines matching your org name and any extra keywords your admin has configured
• Updated in real time — refresh to fetch the latest stories
• Each card shows the headline, source, publication time, and a thumbnail
• Click a card to open the full article in a new tab

The feed is visible to all org members at /news.

Configuring org keywords (admins only):
1. Go to /news → Settings tab (or Settings → Modules → News → configure)
2. Add keywords relevant to your business — e.g. competitor names, industry terms, contract vehicles
3. Save — keywords are combined with your org name to build the Currents API query
4. The feed now surfaces articles matching any of your configured terms

Keywords are additive — adding "SEWP V" alongside your org name will show stories about either.

Tip: use specific terms (acronyms, product names, niche topics) for the most focused feed. Generic words like "technology" or "government" will broaden the feed significantly.
