Log a condition report

Condition reporting tracks an object's physical state over time — at accession, on every move, in and out of every loan, and on periodic rounds.

From the **Condition** tab on /museum: pick the object, a type (accession, location-check, loan-out, loan-in, periodic, damage, note), a rating (excellent / good / fair / poor), and a note. Reports appear in the object's dossier as a timeline.

On the go, use the **Registrar Rounds** board at /registrar — a phone-first screen grouped by location with one-tap Located / Inspected / Moved / Flagged buttons. Each tap writes a condition report instantly.

Wally can log a report too — "log a periodic condition check on the Monet, good".
