Cancelling a paid module subscription
Cancelling a paid module subscription stops future charges but keeps the module active for the rest of the period you've already paid for. Cancel at any time — there's no early-termination fee and no commitment.
How to cancel:
1. Settings → Modules — find the paid module in the list.
2. Click "Manage subscription".
3. Click "Cancel subscription".
4. Confirm — the panel asks why you're cancelling (optional one-line feedback the seller sees).
5. The module stays active until the next renewal date. The card now shows "Cancels on YYYY-MM-DD".
What happens at the period end:
• Stripe stops billing — no further charges.
• The module deactivates automatically. Navigation links disappear for everyone in the org.
• Your data inside the module is preserved indefinitely. Reactivating the module by re-subscribing restores full access — no data loss.
Changing your mind before the period ends:
• Click "Manage subscription" → "Resume subscription" any time before the cancel date. Billing resumes on the original schedule. No new charges right now.
Re-subscribing after the module deactivates:
• Go back to the Marketplace and click Subscribe. A fresh subscription starts; first charge runs immediately. Existing data is restored automatically because deactivation only hides the module — it doesn't delete records.
Switching plans / sellers:
There's no in-place plan change. To switch from one paid module to another (e.g. swapping CRM providers), cancel the current one (data is preserved) and subscribe to the new one. If you re-activate the old one later, the data is still there.
Refunds:
Mid-period cancellations do not refund the unused portion — you've already paid for the period. If you believe you were billed in error or the module didn't deliver what was promised, contact the seller using the email on the module's Marketplace page. Turtini facilitates payments but the merchant relationship is between you and the seller.
Cancelling because of an org pause or close:
If you're pausing or cancelling your whole Turtini org (see "Pausing your organization" / "Reactivating a cancelled org"), all paid module subscriptions auto-cancel as part of that flow. You don't need to cancel them individually first.
