Messages — direct messages and group chats

Messaging is built into every part of Turtini — open the Messages panel from the message icon in the header (a red dot marks unread) or go to /me/inbox for the full-page view. It's one conversation surface across every org you belong to.

Starting a conversation:
Tap New message and search by name, email, or org. Pick one person for a direct message, or several to start a group thread. Group threads live inside a single org — everyone in the group must share that org — and you can give the group an optional name.

Working your threads:
• Search conversations from the search box at the top of the list.
• Snooze a thread to hide it until later, then bring it all back with "I'm back".
• Clear your unread count in one move with "All caught up".
• @-mention someone in a group to notify them specifically, even if they've turned group notifications down.

Membership is the subscription — you don't "add" or "follow" conversations. Anyone you share an org with is reachable, and every thread you're in shows up here automatically. Tune what pings you in Messaging preferences (see "Messaging preferences — notifications, quiet hours, and digest").
