Cancelling or reactivating your membership
Cancelling a membership is at least as easy as joining one. There is no call to make, no retention maze, and no survey standing between you and the button.
How to cancel:
Open your membership and choose Cancel membership, then confirm once. That is the whole flow — one button and one confirmation, from the same place you manage the membership. You are never asked to re-enter a password or type a word to prove you mean it.
Cancel at period end:
Cancelling keeps your benefits until the date you have already paid for. You are not cut off mid-cycle and you are not charged again — the membership simply does not renew. After that date it ends and you lose access to what the tier unlocked. Your org sends a confirmation that spells out the exact date your benefits run through.
One-click reactivation:
Changed your mind before that date? Turn your membership back on with a single click, at no extra charge — nothing lapses and your access stays continuous. If the paid-through date has already passed, the membership has ended and you simply rejoin to start a new one.
Upgrading and downgrading:
Moving between tiers is self-service too, and what you unlock updates the moment you change tiers, because access is resolved live from your membership rather than from a cached copy.
Your wallet card follows along:
If your membership includes a wallet card, cancelling is reflected on the card automatically over the air — you do not have to delete anything by hand.
